Your Questions, Answered
At B4 Club Therapy, we want your experience to be clear, comfortable, and confidence-building. This FAQ section covers the most common questions we receive about our therapy services, recovery tools, scheduling, and what to expect during your visit. Whether you’re an athlete, a rehab patient, or someone looking to move and feel better, you’ll find quick answers to help you get started.
We know starting a new wellness or recovery program can raise a few questions. This page gives you straightforward, helpful information about our approach, our services, and how we support your movement and recovery goals. If you don’t see your question here, our team is always happy to help.
1. Do Any of the Techniques Used Hurt?
Most of our techniques are designed to relieve tension—not create it. Some treatments, like Active Release Techniques (ART) or deep tissue work, may cause mild discomfort as we address tight or restricted areas. However, your therapist will always communicate with you, adjust pressure as needed, and ensure the session stays within your comfort level.
2. Does B4 Club Therapy Accept Insurance?
At B4 Club Therapy, we only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield through third party reimbursement. In the future we plan to accept other insurances, feel free to reach out to see if you are eligible, and we can help you further.
3. Do I Need Rest After Treatment?
It depends on the service and your body’s response. Some clients feel immediate relief and return to activity right away, while others benefit from light movement, hydration, and a short rest period. Your therapist will give you personalized post-session guidance based on your treatment.
4. How do I know which service—such as ART, massage therapy, or recovery tools—is right for me?
If you’re unsure, we’ll help you decide. During your first visit, we assess your mobility, pain points, daily activity level, and overall goals. From there, we recommend the service—or combination of services—that best supports your recovery, performance, or wellness needs.
5. What should I expect during my first visit or assessment?
Your first visit starts with a brief conversation about your goals, injury history, and areas of discomfort. We then perform a movement or mobility assessment to better understand your needs. From there, we explain the recommended treatment plan, answer any questions, and begin your session when appropriate.
6. Do you work with athletes, seniors, or clients rehabbing after surgery?
Yes. We work with individuals of all ages and activity levels—including athletes, older adults, and clients recovering from surgery. Every session is tailored to your body, your abilities, and your goals, ensuring a safe and effective plan that supports healing, mobility, and long-term wellness.
