MEET SUPERMAN

Founder of B4 Club Therapy, Superman Berrow, was born in Long Island, NY. At a young age his family traveled to Germany due to his father’s military deployment. The family eventually returned to the United States and settled in Elizabethtown, KY. Superman graduated from Central Hardin High School in 2002 located in Cecil, Ky. He attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science. He later earned his Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA. And he is currently attending Moravian University to achieve his Doctorate in Athletic Training, as well as his Master of Business Administration.

Superman Berrow’s experience in Athletic Training includes:

  • Volunteer Student Athletic Trainer at University of Kentucky
  • Graduate Assistant Student Athletic Trainer at Shenandoah University
  • Graduate Assistant Student Athletic Trainer at Rutgers University (clinical rotation)
  • Certified Intern Athletic Trainer at Rutgers University
  • Head Athletic Trainer at North Chicago Community High School
  • Athletic Trainer for the 2012 & 2013 Youth-14 U.S. Club Soccer ID2 Spain Tour
  • Chicago Bulls Athletic Trainer Liaison
  • Head Athletic Trainer for the Midwest NFL regional Combine
  • Athletico Outreach Athletic Trainer for the Chicago Bears
  • Penn State University Football Assistant Athletic Trainer at University Park

During his tenure with the Chicago Bears, Superman was introduced to an innovative physical therapy called Facia Stretch Therapy (FST). He had witnessed the difference in the players within a week during their practices. They were moving more, running faster, jumping higher, and coming into the training room less. He was impressed with the results FST had produced in the players and signed up to attend the Stretch to Win Institute to become certified in Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST).

As a Certified Athletic Trainer, Superman has witnessed many athletes playing injured or getting medically disqualified. He knew these young athletes had to live in their bodies the rest of their lives and was inspired to develop a program that would increase speed of muscle recovery, prevent injuries, and increase mobility. Although his inspiration is rooted in the athletic arena, Superman recognized there were many who struggled in their bodies due to chronic pain or injury recovery. He has effectively brought together his education, training, and experience in the creation of B4 Club Therapy to provide an innovative and productive therapy and recovery system.
